Privacy Policy
Jitbit values the privacy of those who visit the Jitbit.com website and uses it's hosted services (Jitbit Helpdesk and others). If you are our customer, you will be notified about any major changes we make to the privacy policy.
Types of information we collect on the website
We don't collect any information unless you fill a form! (like a "contact us" form)
Even if you do - we DO NOT store any information about your credit cards and billing addresses, all payments, including recurring subscriptions, are handled by our payment provider (Fastspring). In case you have any questions, refer to their privacy policy.
Cookies: our website does not use Cookies! But some of our third-party services do (like, analytics). And only (!) if you click "agree" on the Cookie-consent banner.
Types of information we collect in the SaaS helpdesk product
We only collect and store information you or your customers provide voluntarily, using our hosted services (like tickets submitted to the helpdesk), storing this type of information is required for correct functioning of the services. We may access this information, but only with your permission (for example, when we need it to fix a bug).
Logs: we collect anonymous web-access logs to improve the quality of our services. This information is NOT personally-identifiable.
Security and storage
We will never sell or share your information with any other companies or officials. All our products are compliant with US and EU privacy laws.
None of your data is being used to train AI models or for data mining our anything else.
Even our support team does not have access to your data, unless we have your permission.
Your privacy and privacy of your clients is our top priority and we will take any reasonable measures to protect it. Our servers are hosted at the industry standard Amazon data center in North Virginia. We monitor the servers 24/7 to prevent attacks or downtimes. All information is being backed up to secure servers daily.
We use SSL-only connections, which makes all connections and data transfers between your browser (or any other client) and our services encrypted.
You retain all rights of ownership to the data you have stored on Jitbit Services and we will not share it with any third-parties or use this data to contact your clients.
How we use your Google/O365 mailbox data
If you decide to connect your GMail (or O365) mailbox to the helpdesk app, we will pull your emails as support tickets in your helpdesk. No one but you can see this data, not even our support team (unless instructed by you). We don't use your Google/O365 data for AI training or data mining or any marketing purposes. Data retention
If you decide to cancel your account, we will keep your data for 2 months just in case you need it back. After that, everything is being deleted, even from backups.

New Design is out of beta, Old UI is no longer maintained
We're excited to announce that the open beta of our new design is finished! While you can still use the old design if you'd like, we won’t be fixing any minor bugs or adding new features to it. Going forward, the new UI will be the only version we actively support.
